ALTI is physically located in Federal Way, WA, and fully prepared to offer you supports either in person (in the south King county area) or online.

Practicum Supervision
Many ABA companies want to support practicum students with supervision but may not have the resources to do so. Our supervisor is dedicated to you and your journey into behavior analysis. Whether you’re just starting out or are near the end of our journey, or even if you just want to join our practicum group meetings, we have a model that can meet your needs.
BCBA Mentorship
For newly minted BCBAs, nothing may be more intimidating than suddenly bearing the weight of responsibility: for an entire caseload, for clinical direction, for parent support and connection. You may find yourself asking a lot of question with regards to not only your caseload, but stakeholders, programs, staff training, resources, professionalism…you name it! That’s where ALTI steps in. Personalized to your ongoing needs, we work to build your independence and confidence as a practitioner.
Startup Support
You’ve finally realized your dream of creating an ABA business! ALTI is happy to join you on the journey, with supports such as:

Direct Services
For families in need of ABA support, we can provide progressive, trauma-informed care, delivered by a BCBA directly. This can include or be limited to parent coaching, too. We take clients on a private-pay basis only.
